Introduction

Welcome to Brinca Bounce Rentals. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and guidelines for using our rental services. By booking with us, you agree to comply with these terms.

Rental Agreement

• Reservation All reservations are subject to availability and are only confirmed once a 40% deposit is received. No reservation will be held without a deposit.
• Payment The remaining balance must be paid at least 24 hours prior to your event date. If payment is not received within this timeframe, your reservation may be canceled and your deposit will be forfeited. We accept multiple payment methods as provided during checkout.
• Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the event date may be eligible for a refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will not be refunded; however, the amount paid may be applied as a credit toward a future booking, valid for up to 12 months.
• Delivery & Setup We provide delivery, setup, and takedown for all rentals. Customers are responsible for ensuring the setup area is clean, flat, and free of obstacles, with adequate space and access.
• Equipment Use All equipment must be used according to safety guidelines provided at setup. Adult supervision is required at all times while equipment is in use.
• Liability Brinca Bounce Rentals is not responsible for any injuries or damages resulting from improper use of equipment or failure to follow provided safety guidelines. The customer assumes full responsibility for all participants and activities during the rental period.

General Conditions

• Age Requirement You must be at least 18 years old to rent equipment.
• Weather & Force Majeure Brinca Bounce Rentals shall not be held responsible for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control, including weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events. Reservations may be rescheduled within 12 months; no refunds will be provided.
• Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any disputes will be handled within Oklahoma jurisdiction.

Changes to Terms

• Brinca Bounce Rentals reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept any updates.

 Damage Waiver

A Damage Waiver is an optional fee that covers minor accidental damage to rental equipment.

How it works:

• A fee of 8% of the total rental cost may be applied
• Covers minor wear and tear or accidental damage

Does NOT cover:

• Misuse or negligence
• Theft or vandalism
• Damage caused by weather or failure to follow safety rules

Why it’s helpful:

• Provides peace of mind for customers
• Helps cover small damages without additional charges
