How do I reserve a rental?+
To reserve your date, a 40% deposit is required. Once your deposit is received, your booking is confirmed.
When is the remaining balance due?+
The remaining balance must be paid at least 24 hours before your event.
What forms of payment do you accept?+
We accept multiple payment methods. Details will be provided at the time of booking.
Do you deliver, set up, and take down the equipment?+
Yes! We handle delivery, setup, and takedown to ensure everything is safe and ready for your event.
What areas do you service?+
We proudly serve Oklahoma City and surrounding areas. Travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area.
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?+
Cancellations made at least 7 days in advance may be eligible for a refund.
Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable but can be credited toward a future booking (valid for 12 months).
What if it rains or there is bad weather?+
Your safety is our priority. In case of severe weather, we will work with you to reschedule your event at no additional cost.
Do I need to provide anything for setup?+
Yes, you will need:
• A flat, clean setup area
• Access to a power outlet within 50–75 feet
• Water access (for water slides)
Are there any rules for using the equipment?+
Yes. For safety:
• Adult supervision is required at all times
• No shoes, food, drinks, or sharp objects inside inflatables
• Follow all safety guidelines provided at setup
What is your deposit policy?+
A 40% deposit is required to reserve your date. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future booking if canceled within policy guidelines.
Do you require a waiver?+
Yes, a rental agreement and liability waiver must be signed prior to setup.
Do you offer tables and chairs?+
Yes! We offer table and chair packages. Pricing starts at $15 per set (1 table + 6 chairs).
Can I rent overnight?+
Yes, overnight rentals are available for an additional fee.
