Refund Policy

Deposits

A 40% deposit is required to reserve your date. All deposits are non-refundable but may be applied as a credit toward a future booking, subject to availability.


Cancellations

  • 7+ days before the event: You may reschedule or receive a credit valid for up to 12 months.
  • Less than 7 days before the event: Payments are non-refundable. However, a one-time reschedule may be allowed depending on availability.

Weather Policy

Your safety is our priority. If severe weather (heavy rain, strong winds, or unsafe conditions) prevents setup:

  • You may reschedule at no additional cost, or
  • Receive a credit valid for up to 12 months

Same-Day Cancellations

Cancellations made on the day of the event are non-refundable, especially if setup or delivery has already begun.


No-Show / Inaccessible Setup Area

If we arrive and are unable to set up due to unsafe conditions, lack of space, or no access to electricity:

  • No refund will be issued
  • A reschedule may be offered at our discretion

Early Pickup / Unused Time

No refunds will be given for early equipment pickup or unused rental time.


Refund Processing (If Applicable)

Any approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
